Go to canva.com and create a free account or log in to your existing one. Canva requires an account to use any of its features, including chart creation. Select a design type such as Presentation or Infographic to start.
In the Canva editor, click on Elements in the left sidebar and search for 'chart' or navigate to Charts. Select the Pie Chart option. Canva will insert a default pie chart onto your canvas with placeholder data.
Click on the chart to open the data editor. Replace the default labels and values with your own data. You can add or remove rows to change the number of slices. The chart updates in real time as you type.
Click on individual slices to change their colors, or use Canva's preset color palettes. Adjust the chart size, toggle labels and percentages, and style the title to match your overall design.
